  I've been to many Chili's over the years and mostly had decent experiences. They are the 7/11 of the restaurant chains....locations everywhere. However, last night, I stopped in at this one for some boneless wings and a beer during their "Happy Hour" to watch some March Madness. Spent the evening doubled over the toilet thanks to A> maybe some bad oil for the wings and/or B> some old warm bleu cheese dressing. I'm not really sure of the cause, but it reminded me of that old restaurant adage.....all it takes is one bad experience.

  Very busy location, but reasonably well run. Good food, good prices, friendly service.
  
  This is an extremely busy Chili's on one of the busiest intersections in San Jose. We arrived near the end of the rush, waited about ten minutes for a table and enjoyed an excellent meal with GREAT service from Xavier (Xavier S.).
  
  He was assisted by a trainee (unfortunately I've forgotten her name), but she was personable, clearly knew the menu and recorded our order perfectly.
  
  My only criticism revolved around the look of the restaurant at the end of the evening. We were clearly the last seating and the place looked like a war zone.
