  First time there. Waited awhile for food while at a very non busy time. Server was great. Kinda pricey, but big portions more than made up for it. Loved the place. Will definitely go back!!!

  Very good Italian food, I've been surprised that several Italian restaurants I've been to recently didn't offer veal but here you have your choice of how it's prepared. Good service and friendly staff. Unless you have a reservation there is usually a wait. In our case it was only about 15 minutes. They have a nice bar where you can wait. ;-)

  Hats off to the Bartender that start the night off right as we waited for our table as we had a 9:45 reservation. I haven't been here in a couple years and was so excited to bring a friend from out of town. We checked in 5 minutes early and were seated promptly at a table in the middle of the main floor. I asked if it was possible for a booth and they kindly asked me to wait 15 to 20 minutes. We proceeded back to the waiting area to wait for our booth. At 10:10 I went back to the host and asked the status of the table and her stated they were putting down the silverware and we would be all set. I walked to to the washroom to wash my hands and noticed the restaurant looked pretty empty and there were several booths available. Thinking nothing of it as it was the end of the night we proceeded to wait for our host. As we waited two more sets of couples walked in and were seated right away. Again didn't think anything of it. Finally at 10:25 40 minutes after our reservation time the host let's us know he had a booth available. As we were escorted to our table we noticed the couple's that had came in at 10:15 & 10:20 we're seated at the booths next to ours. When we arrived at the table the table was completely empty with a white table cloth and condiments. I asked the host why we waited for a table to be set up that is not set up. I then also asked him why we were not sat before the other two couples that clearly were already enjoying there beverages at there booths. He rolled his eyes at me and said "server transition" and walked off. At that point we had enough and left our remaining cocktails on the table and left to Yard House for a AMAZING dinner with there staff. As a gay man and having a date of color I had never felt this type of discrimination especially in my favorite restaurant. Thank you to our Bartender at Maggianos as this is the only reason they are getting 2 stars. It will be a long while before I bring a guest back here. Very embarrassing!
