  Another BJ's another slow and poor service experience.
  
  Acknowledge me within 5 min of seating me, I'm not asking too much am I?
  
  I'm not your bro or your homey after you walk by three times, finally acknowledge me, the take bother 3 min to come back. When you talk to your customer, you should look at them not past them. When you thank them, eye contact is called for not... Once again looking past me.
  
  Management in this region clearly isn't focusing on customer service. It's too informal.
  
  Update: nothing has changed.
  
  Update 2: Takeout, they said 20 min, they meant 35... Continuing the slow theme.
  
  Update 3: Ashley Bravo, server, was super sweet and attentive. Single handedly brought the raiting up a star.
